Where we ship

We ship worldwide.

Delivery times

Orders within the United States typically arrive in 1 to 3 days. Orders outside the United States can take up to a week. These are estimates rather than guarantees, and carrier delays, holidays and customs processing can add time.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Tracking

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

International orders

Customs duties and import taxes charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price or the shipping charged at checkout.

Lost, delayed or damaged orders

If tracking shows your order as delivered and you can't find it, or it arrives damaged, email puzzledbyart@gmail.com and we'll make it right.
