My package says delivered but I don't see it.
Oh no! If your package shows as "delivered" but you can't find it, we recommend reaching out to the shipping courier first—they may have more info on where it was placed. Once that package is handed over to them, it’s in their hands, we don’t have control over the delivery, but if you’ve already tried contacting them and still can’t locate your package, please reach out to us! We’ll be happy to help and do our best to make things right.
Do you make custom puzzles?
At the moment, we don’t offer custom puzzles. However, we’re always exploring new ideas, so stay tuned for any future updates!
My puzzle is missing a piece.
