Oh no! If your package shows as "delivered" but you can't find it, we recommend reaching out to the shipping courier first—they may have more info on where it was placed. Once that package is handed over to them, it’s in their hands, we don’t have control over the delivery, but if you’ve already tried contacting them and still can’t locate your package, please reach out to us! We’ll be happy to help and do our best to make things right.
